Delyth Hampton contacted us about the death and funeral arrangements of Ian Hampton, Physiologist, who worked at Hope Bay in 1959 and 1960.
We only recently heard of the death of BAS Club member Allan MacArthur, who wintered on South Georgia as a Meteorologist in 1951 and at the Argentine Islands in 1952. Allan died on November 30th, 2016.
